Navigating Change Together: Enhancing Lake, Reservoir, and Watershed Resilience

Ease into your day with a gentle, feel-good yoga flow designed for every body. This session will help you wake up, stretch out, and shake off the stiffness from long hours of sitting. We’ll move through accessible poses at a relaxed pace to energize your body and clear your mind — the perfect setup for a full day of learning and connection. No experience needed; this class is welcoming, simple, and designed to leave you feeling refreshed. Bring Your Own Mat (BYOM) — and if the weather is kind, we’ll head to the beach for an extra-inspiring start to the day!

Lead by Sonja Wixom, a 200-hour YTT vinyasa teacher since 2017. Sonja is passionate about guiding feel-good yoga flows that encourage ease, energy, and connection.
