Base fee:

1. Corporate Member Single Booth – $1,575.00
Reserved for active Corporate NALMS members only. If you are not a corporate member, you may add a membership to your registration AND register at the Corporate Member Booth rate.
2. Corporate Member Double Booth – $2,400.00
Reserved for active Corporate NALMS members only. If you are not a corporate member, you may add a membership to your registration AND register at the Corporate Member Booth rate.
3. Regular Single Booth – $1,795.00
For exhibitors who are NOT Corporate members of NALMS.

For exhibitors with a sponsorship discount. Registration code required.
4. Regular Double Booth – $2,895.00
For exhibitors who are NOT Corporate members of NALMS.
5. Nonprofit Table – $600.00

7. Additional Exhibit Staff (each) – $415.00
You may also add exhibit staff under your booth registration (the number included in your fee) - use the Add Guest feature. This option is for additional booth staff that are not included in your fee (for exhibitors who have already registered for booth space only.)

NALMS, along with our local partners and dedicated conference committee, are excited to host the 46th International Symposium in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada! We are thrilled to return to Canada (after ten years!) with a great program, local support, and opportunities to explore this beautiful region.

Why Kelowna? Kelowna appears to have abundant water; but this city is in the most water-scarce region of Canada. The water resources in this semi-arid setting are under increasing pressure, compounded by watershed-scale disturbance and a warming climate. Warmer, drier conditions in the growing season means agricultural needs, urban use, and environmental flow needs frequently exceed the available water resources.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

In the event an attendee needs to cancel their in-person registration, NALMS will offer the following options:
- Offer a credit toward a future NALMS meeting, usable no later than November 1, 2027.
- No refunds will be given except in the event of extenuating circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis by NALMS. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to nalms2026@nalms.org.
If the registered attendee cannot attend, someone else may attend in their place with no additional fee.
In the event the symposium is moved to a completely online format, in-person registrations will be applied to the online registration fee and refunds will be issued for the difference.
In the event the symposium is cancelled with no online alternative, NALMS will issue full refunds to all attendees and exhibitors.
Attendee-initiated changes in registration status must be submitted by email to nalms2026@nalms.org and will be charged a $25 fee.
